Important Regulatory Disclaimer: EasyPUC is an independent digital concierge and facilitation platform. We are not an official government entity, RTO, or affiliated with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH). All vehicle emission tests are conducted strictly at authorized, government-licensed testing centers.
1. Mandatory Physical Testing
Under Section 190(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act, issuance of a Pollution Under Control certificate requires mandatory physical smoke and gas probe analyzer testing at an authorized center. EasyPUC operates solely as an assistance and appointment facilitator connecting users with government-licensed testing bays.
2. User Representations & Warranties
By submitting an assistance request on EasyPUC, you certify that:
- You are the legal owner, custodian, or authorized driver of the subject vehicle.
- Uploaded photos represent the authentic, unaltered physical vehicle.
- The vehicle will be presented at the allocated certified testing bay for statutory gas analyzer verification.
3. Limitation of Liability
Final certificate generation is strictly contingent upon the vehicle successfully passing statutory tailpipe emissions tests according to MoRTH parameters (BS-IV, BS-VI). EasyPUC is not responsible for test failures resulting from mechanical or catalytic deficiencies.
